Managing Director & Principal Account Manager(Hands-On)
Richard is the founder, director and day-to-day account manager for all PTM clients.
He’s the person you’ll speak to at the first meeting – and the same person who will still be in the room when strategies are agreed, rates are loaded, campaigns go live and roadshows hit the road.
With over 35 years in South Pacific tourism, Richard’s career spans Pacific wholesale, national tourism offices, resorts, airlines and representation.
He established Precise Travel Marketing in 1998, building it into a specialist consultancy focused solely on connecting South Pacific destinations and resorts with the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Richard owns and manages the Treasures of the South Pacific (ToSP) in Australia & New Zealand. The ToSP works closely with NTO’s, Regional Airlines & Specialist Industry/Government Organisations to run national roadshows that reach well over 1000 retail travel agents.
This role keeps him constantly in touch with what the trade is selling, what travellers are asking for, and where the next opportunities are emerging.
